No.1-8 are transparent materials. No.9-10 are non-transparent materials ,often used to package nuts, sugar, powder, coffee, and dried product . No.11 is used to package powder, and need avoid light product. No.12 is used to package liquid product, baby food, paint , alcohol,we use different PE for different product . No. 13-17 are retort materials . can retort to 105-135 Celsius degree.

“Mylar” is often used as a general term for laminated barrier packaging. In practice, mylar stand up pouches are multi-layer films designed for strength, sealing performance, and barrier protection.

Is aluminum foil necessary for high barrier?

For maximum oxygen and light barrier (especially coffee and high-fat foods), foil structures like PET/AL/PE are common. Metallized films can also provide strong barrier at a lower cost for certain applications.

Can you make a matte black pouch with a clear window?

Yes. We can design partial windows, and recommend structures to maintain the required barrier performance.

MOQ can start from 500 pcs for digital printing. Gravure printing typically requires higher MOQ depending on size, colors, and specifications.

How do I choose the right thickness?
