Climbing New Heights Together: Our Company Team-Building Adventure

On the sunny day of August 16th, Henan Baolai Packaging Co., Ltd. set out on a mountain trail, embarking on a team-building adventure that combined outdoor adventure, friendly competition, and a common goal.  As a company specializing in custom composite flexible packaging, we understand that the strength of our products lies in our close collaboration. Divided into three dynamic teams, we climbed the picturesque peaks together, taking on creative challenges that tested our thinking and teamwork.

The Journey Begins: Three Teams, One Goal

In the morning, we split into three teams—Team Niuhulu, Team Champion, and Team Flying Dragons. They played a game of Monopoly, rolling the dice in order. Each square had a corresponding task, and the team with the most funds at the end of the day won. The journey involved visiting squares such as a photo studio, a gym, a tax office, and an exchange, where teams could choose to complete their tasks to receive rewards. Each team gave their all, and ultimately, Niuhulu reached 21,000 yuan, taking first place. The key to their victory was their willingness to take risks while maximizing teamwork. They completed the stock purchase at the exchange, then actively participated in activities and won first place in the three teams’ mini-games and received bonuses.

After a morning of relaxation and a short rest after lunch, the three teams gathered at the foot of Fuxi Mountain. The task of each team was not just to reach the summit – while enjoying the beautiful scenery, team members needed to complete a series of interactive challenges together, and earn points through creativity, speed and teamwork.
