1.PET (Outer Layer)
Provides protection and printing support: good airtightness/aroma retention, high stiffness (anti-wrinkle/deformation), anti-friction/collision during transport; adheres firmly to food-grade ink for non-fading high-def color printing.
2.AL (Aluminum Foil, Barrier Layer)
Core strengths: high barrier (light/oxygen/moisture-proof), wide temperature resistance (high/low), oil resistance, aroma retention, non-toxic, soft. Combined with plastic, it gains extra strength. Opaque, silvery-white with luster, ideal for demanding products (meat, juices, beverages).
3.PA (Reinforcement Layer)
Called flexible packaging’s "bulletproof vest": boosts puncture resistance (for bone-in meat), oil resistance (for fried foods), low-temperature resistance (for frozen foods). When compounded with PET/PE, it increases tear strength by 40% to reduce transport breakage.
4.RCPP (Heat-Seal Layer for High Temp)
Withstands 100–135°C sterilization (suitable for retort/hot-fill/aseptic packaging); excellent acid/alkali/oil resistance, food-safe, and no impact on food flavor.
